Her philosophy is “The performance is a Living Symbol for Peace in the memory of a space and his inhabitants” – inspired by Michel Serres, Léopold Sédar Senghor and Yuan Hongdao (the poetical relation between Mankind-Nature in their encounter). Goerger seeks for dialog and spontaneous exchange – to create and to live in practice “the realistic utopia of a Common House, where everybody feels at home” as Ernst Bloch wrote.
From 2000 on, Goerger takes nature as a master and starts a transversal research in space, which becomes the heart of her performative concept: Natural Space, Urbain Space, Water cycles (2000-2002), European Littoral (2002-2004) and African Littoral (2005-2015 in 14 countries of Africa: Morocco, Mauretania, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Cameroun, Gabon, Namibia, Mozambique, Madagascar). She elaborates her performative concept in collaboration with cultural institutes. She realized about 110 performances and 30 exhibitions, as well as various publications and articles.
